What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units per model. For OEM or private label programs, the MOQ may vary depending on customization scope. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What certifications do your vacuum pumps carry?
Our products hold CE and RoHS certifications, which support market access in Europe and many international markets. ETL certification is available for select models targeting the North American market. We can provide full documentation upon request.
Do you support OEM and private label programs?

What is the standard lead time for batch orders?
Standard batch orders are fulfilled within 25 to 30 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Lead times for OEM or custom orders may be longer depending on the scope of customization. We will confirm the exact timeline during the quotation stage.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT / bank wire) as our standard payment method. Typical terms are a 30% deposit to confirm production and 70% balance before shipment. Other arrangements may be discussed for long-term cooperation partners.
